Save command (File menu)

The Save command on the File menu writes the active simulation to your computer's file system.

If you opened the active simulation using the Open command, or if you previously saved the active simulation, then this command will over-write the file system copy with the current version, including any changes you have made since it was opened or last saved. When you save a simulation for the first time, Gas Man® interprets the Save command as it would the Save As command , giving you an opportunity to name your simulation.

Other ways to save a simulation:

• If you want to save a copy of a previously saved simulation (without overwriting the original with changes you might have made), or you want to save it in a different directory, choose the Save As command.
